Why Willabe exists
Nobody knows exactly what the world after AI will look like. We get that — and we built Willabe to lower the anxiety, not add to it. This is a place where your student and your family can look at real careers with clear eyes, and find your own pathway to thrive in an unknown future.
It starts with a question
"What do you want to be when you grow up?" We take that question seriously. Willabe shows what jobs actually look like — real days at work, honest pay, honest odds — and then helps build the school route backwards from the answer, one season at a time.
The honest part
AI will change industries. Nobody can promise which jobs are safe — and anyone who does promise is selling something. So we don't. Instead we show the published evidence, name where every number comes from, and say plainly when nobody knows. Calm doesn't come from being told everything is fine. It comes from seeing clearly.
Two paths, both honored
For most people, a job is the way to a good life. For a lucky few, it is a dream made real. Willabe serves both — and shows how the first path can fund the second.
What we are — and what we aren't
Willabe is an educational information tool. We never hand down a verdict about who your student is or what they should be — we show doors, and the honest numbers behind each one. Always verify plans with your school counselor. We arm; we never promise.
Our name comes from the wallaby: the joey rides in the pouch, then hops out and finds its own footing. And wallabies can't hop backwards.
it’s okay to not know yet — that’s the point
Discover who you might be — then pick the classes that actually lead there, in high school and at the community college next door.
Getting real days…
What Willabe does for you
Watch real days
People filming what their work is actually like — the good parts and the hard parts.
See what it really pays
Every number has a source — and we show your area’s pay, not just a national average.
Plan classes that fit you
The right high school courses — plus college classes you can take early, for real credit. More breathing room, or more challenge if school isn’t enough. Your pace either way.
Walk in ready
Everything here builds toward a real conversation with the school counselor — your student arrives with a plan worth reacting to, not a blank page.
